I grew up in texas, and I remember this Dip that my mom made, It was so good that
RECIPE INGREDIENTS
2 lb Block Velveeta Cheese
3 - 5 or more Jalapeno Peppers ( Embasa) pickeled peppers
1/3 Cup Pace Hot Sauce
1/3 Can Beer
1 pinch Salt & Pepper
DIRECTIONS
Cut up Velveeta cheese into smaller 1 inch chunks.

Put in a 3 Qt sauce pan, heat should be on low to med low.

Cheese burns easy so the lower the heat the better.

Along with cheese add the hot sauce, jalapeno peppers, let saute until the cheese lumps melt.

Add beer, salt & pepper, stir in until foam is gone. Serve with veggies, chips, add in taco meat.

To save just put in tupperware and refridgerate. Microwave to heat up. Enjoy.
