Mango Salsa

RECIPE INGREDIENTS
2 large mango
1 large papaya
1 medium red pepper, diced
1 medium red onion, diced
1 medium jalapeno, finely diced
1/4 bunch cilantro, chopped
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 each lime, juiced
DIRECTIONS
Peel the mango and cut the flesh away from the center seed. Peel the papaya and clean away the black seeds. Dice both into small cubes.


Combine the mango, papaya, onion, jalapeno, cilantro, and red pepper. Season with cumin, olive oil and fresh lime juice.
