PARMESAN POTATOES

The best potatoes you will ever eat! These are comforting and warm and easy to fix.You can vary by using different spices, and or cheeses- sure to be a family pleaser!
RECIPE INGREDIENTS
1 STICK MELTED BUTTER
3 LBS OF SMALL RED POTATOES QUARTERED
1 CUP OF PARMESAN CHEESE + 1/4 cup flour
2 GARLIC CLOVES - MINCED
1 LARGE SWEET ONION, chopped (optional)
1 tbls olive oil
1 tbls of italian seasoning
FRESH GROUND PEPPER
FRESH PARSLEY

DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 400 degrees


Melt one stick of butter and put in bowl


Wash and quarter red potatoes, put in bowl along with the chopped onions, olive oil, garlic,italian seasoning, salt and pepper and toss well.


Put Parmesan cheese and flour into large freezer bag and add potatoes. Shake well to coat and put into a large casserole 9 x 14 sprayed with cooking spray.


Bake for 30-45 minutes, tossing every 15 minutes or so until good and brown. Put chopped parsley on top before serving

Delicious... just f'd up directions!
You would think that cooking dot com would have caught the many flaws in this recipe by now and corrected them. But they haven't, so here is my way of making this recipe and filling in the gaps. 1- I used 1 entire envelope of Italian Dressing Mix (0.9oz) and I used enough olive oil to make a manageable paste with the Mix; 2- I chopped up that onion while the butter was melting and I added it to the casserole; 3- I topped the casserole with the melted butter and baked it; Good luck!
