I used to buy a remoulade sauce, but it just wasn't....so I searched for many, and this one fit the bill. Every ingredient packs a flavor punch that complements Crab Cakes awesomely, but also shrimp and fish. It was easy to make also. I love the dill and parsley, but really it all comes together to equal YUM!
