Yield:  Makes 1 1/4 cups
RECIPE INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup soy sauce, regular or low-sodium
1/4 cup sherry
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon ground ginger
zest and juice of 1 orange
DIRECTIONS
Mix all of the ingredients together. Use as a marinade.
