This recipe works well with sugar-free jello and pudding too. My son likes the filling alone. We have put it over ice cream and have topped it with cool whip too.
RECIPE INGREDIENTS
1 quart sliced fresh strawberries
1 small package vanilla cook & serve pudding
1 small package strawberry jello
2 cups water
1 graham cracker pie crust
DIRECTIONS
Place 2 cups water, vanilla pudding and jello in 2 quart saucepan. Cook and stir until thick, cool.
Place sliced strawberries in bowl and add cooled jello mixture. Mix together and pour into graham cracker crust. Refrigerate until set.

This is a great recipe. ?The fresh fruit taste comes through and the texture is very appealing. It is not overly sweet.
