Spicy ground beef and cheddar cheese make this pizza perfect for game time.
RECIPE INGREDIENTS
1 pound ground beef (or ground chicken)
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 (11 ounce) jar prepared salsa (The hotter the better!)
1 1/2 - 2 tablespoons Mexican hot chili powder (As hot as you can take it)
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 (12 inch) prepared pizza crust
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 1/2 cups sour cream
1 tablespoon finely chopped cilantro
DIRECTIONS
1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

2. Cook ground beef in a large skillet until browned. Stir in the salt. Drain off any fat. Stir in salsa, Mexican chili powder and Worcestershire sauce until well combined.

3. Spread mixture onto prepared pizza crust. Spread the cheese evenly over the meat. Bake pizza in preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until cheese is bubbly. Let pizza sit for at least 5 minutes.

4. Stir together the cilantro and the sour cream. Cut pizza into wedges and spoon sour cream over each wedge before serving.
