Try a Southwestern take on an avocado-salsa.
RECIPE INGREDIENTS
1 can whole corn, drained     1 can black beans, drained
1 16oz. container pico de gallo, medium flavor
2 avocados peeled and chopped  1 lime squeezed on avocado
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. black pepper
sprinkle with kosher salt
Mix all together. refrigerate until serving. Serve with tortilla chips!!
