Valda's Rocky Road Ice Cream

Chocolate lovers delight in cold and creamy, nutty dessert.
RECIPE INGREDIENTS
1-1/2 cans Hershey's Fudge topping
1 qt. half and half cream
1 tall can evaporated milk
1 pt. (2 cups) heavy whipping cream, whipped
3 c. miniature marshmallows
1 cup chopped roasted almonds
DIRECTIONS
Combine fudge topping, cream and evaporated milk and mix well. Fold in whipped cream that has been whipped fairly stiff. Put in 5 quart freezer and freeze for 15 minutes. Add the marshmallows and nuts and continue freezing until done (approximatley 15 more minutes). Ripen in freezer before serving.


Note: You can modify this recipe to your size of ice cream maker.
