Yield:  Serves 15
Wondering how to wow your guest? Start with these stunning tartlets! Made with Mirabo walnut cheese and your favorite fruit spread, they promise to unite any appetite!
RECIPE INGREDIENTS
1 package pre-baked mini filo tartlet shells (15 count)
2 tablespoon Wild Oats Organic Raspberry, Blueberry, or Apricot Spreadable Fruit
4 ounces Mirabo walnut cheese, rind removed
Walnut Baked Mini Filo Tartlets Recipe at Cooking.com
DIRECTIONS
Place approximately 1/2 teaspoon jam in the bottom of each filo tartlet shell. Top with approximately 1 teaspoon cheese over the jam in each shell.


Preheat an oven to 375 degrees F. and bake for 3 to 5 minutes or until cheese is just melted.


Transfer to a serving platter and enjoy.

If you can get your hands on fig preserves, it was a hit with my guests. I also added a few pieces of chopped walnuts between the preserve and the cheese.
