Prepared pesto whisked with a little vinegar makes the perfect dressing for sliced ripe tomatoes.
RECIPE INGREDIENTS
1/4 cup  prepared pesto
1/4 cup  white-wine vinegar
4   large tomatoes, sliced
1/4 teaspoon  salt
Freshly ground pepper to taste
