This rack was too low to keep the bottom of the turkey out ot the juices so the bottom stayed soggy. It was very sturdy though and we did not have any problems fitting it into our rather large roasting pan like some people had.

The best part was that the turkey lifted right up. I had no fighting getting the bird out of the pan and off the rack. Great buy!

Buyer beware however, that it is a large roasting rack that does not fit in a standard size roasting pan, the rack does not fold and it has no flexibility. Other than that, it was a good roasting rack for the price.

At $25 this roasting rack (although not cheap) is a great value compared to others. The quality is fantastic and it is much larger than expected. You could definitely roast a 20lb turkey on this rack. I would highly recommend this item!
