I'm kind of just starting out making pies-but I found this book intriquing and interesting enough for me to want to at least attempt to try a few of these pies-the variety of crusts and combinations of ingredients were great. I also loved the fact he mentioned the variety of apple(since I'm a Hudson Valley gal. An all-around great book! I Even won my first apple pie contest !!!
