One hundred and sixty years ago, the Ricci family artisans established their Guild House, Ricci Argentieri, in Alessandria, a small northern Italy town near Milan. Since 1840, Ricci Argentieri (also known as Ricci Silversmiths) has been one of the most respected and renowned silversmiths in all of Europe. Ricci's sterling factory is located in Padova, Italy. At this state of the art facility, Ricci sterling is produced to the most exacting standards. The highest quality, weight, balance, and detail are apparent in every flatware piece.
Ricci Stainless is made of high quality 18/10 (18% Chromium/10% Nickel and 72% pure Stainless Steel). The result is a collection that is unusually strong an undeniably beautiful.

I have been looking for classy, modern asparagus tongs for months, but couldn't find any nice enough to put out for guests to use on a dinner table. The asaparagus SERVER is exactly what I had in mind. I liked it so much that I bought three...one for myself and two for foodie friends Xmas gifts.

The "asparagus server" was a gift, and the hostess just happened to be serving asparagus! We put it to the test and it is an amazing little tool that works perfectly.
