Great product
The knives are wonderful. They are sharp and can cut through anything I have tried so far. I also like the color; they are easy to find.

The first time we got a set of the 3 paring knives, was as a Christmas gift several years ago. We have used them hard. On one, the handle turned to sticky putty. On one, the blade broke, and my husband fixed it. On them all, the colored non stick surface came off. One would think that all those comments would have kept us from buying another set. Yet, quite the contrary. They are overall, the best paring knives we have had in many many years, and we are married 49 of them. Maybe these three have the bugs worked out. Helen Hartzell
