The process of purchasing and completing the order was easy. The product was received on time and the product is ingenious. Looks great - I have been looking for a French butter crock for a long time. They were either stark white, which I didn't want, or very expensive hand made. This is a great compromise. Clean lines and a nice soft color with some relief detail.

Have had my Butter Bell for a couple of weeks now. The color is actually a little brighter and prettier than the photo. It works perfectly -- just as described. I'm now on my second stick of butter and have had no problems with butter falling out of the "bell". What a joy to always have butter of perfect spreading consistency any time I feel like toasting a bagel, etc. I may order a couple more as Christmas gifts!

Hate hard butter but never could remember to set it out to soften and did not like the flavor or quality of butter left to set out days on end. Love the flavor and spread ability of butter stored in the Butter Bell.
