These commercial quality sheets are a great value. They provide consistent baking results, are easy to grip with an oven mitt (raised edges), go straight to the dishwasher, and unlike non-stick surfaces you can scrub these sheets and use metal utensils without worrying about getting teflon in your baked goods. I have been using my grandmother's aluminum bakeware for over ten years and purchased this set for the value and the lids which are perfect for transporting the finished product.
