I have the large roasting pan made by All Clad. I love it but I moved to a small cottage and now have an oven that is slightly larger than an easy bake oven. I'm pleased with the size of this pan in the oven and have used it for all the things I used the larger roasting pan for ie roasting meats and veggies. I can't wait to bake something in it. The plastic cover is great for traveling and storage. I prep veggies before leaving for work and then roast when I come home. The cover was a selling point for me.

I've wanted the lasagna pan for a long time and couldn't pass it up when it was on sale for such a great price. Take care of your pans and they'll take care of you and your food!
