Making her recipes is a snap, yet the resulting dishes are ones that get your dinner guests throwing compliments at you. Watching her show, I have often wished I was there to share the meals she serves. This cookbook at least makes the meals available, although without the company of Ina and her other interesting dinner guests. Great, job, Ina. Keep it up, please.

Ina has successfully has taken (most) of the fear out of trying a new recipe. I love reading her recipes for the sound advice she offers which can be applied to other recipes too. Love you Ina!
