Tomorrow, I will bake the Banana Cake for our grandaugters which I'm sure they will love. The bananas need another day to ripen. I don't even have to guess how it will turn out. I know they will devour it, especially the cream cheese frosting. I have nothing but praise for Ina's ability to explain a recipe that seems complicated but in the end is worth the effort. I have made several of the recipes from her other books and the one my husband loves the best, so far, is the parkr's beef stew.

This book has so many recipes that look wonderful. I have made the roast turkey with truffle butter. Looking forward to trying more of the interesting recipes.

I love The Barefoot Contessa's recipes because if you do what she says, the recipe turns out perfect. How Easy is That has lots of great recipes that are easy to follow with fabulous results. If you are a Barefoot Contessa Fan then you need to add this cookbook to your collection.

The recipes I have made so far came out perfect and delicious, and the way she writes, I feel like she is my personal friend giving me helpful hints and suggestions for techniques, kitchen utensils/equipment and entertaining. I highly recommend this book - you will be very happy.

The recipes are written in a style that everyone can understand using ingredients that I usually have on hand. Have tried many of her recipes and have not had a flop. I especially like her Ultimate Brownies and the Vanilla Yogurt Lemon Cake and Roasted Tomato Basil Soup, they are awesome. Thanks INA

But perfect timing on this one. It has the recipes in it that I am using for Thanksgiving! I love the Food Network and all of the people, but I have to say Barefoot is my favorite!

Her TV shows are wonderful, and I have found many of the recipes in her cookbooks. In spite of the online recipe age, I will continue to purchase every book that Ina Garten writes. How easy is that?
