Gotta have it for 2nd Sunday Supper roast

Maybe if i were a fabulous cook, I would be less picky, but I make exactly two things that earn me rave reviews: chocolate chip cookies, and roast. The roast has become a mainstay of our monthly family get-togethers, known as Second Sunday Supper. It really hit its stride when I started using Emeril's beef broth, which I used to get at Target. Now I just order it by the case, from you.
