This is the best cookbook for young people because it has all the basics they need to learn how to cook. Plus alot of fabulous recipes. I finally purchased one for myself. I will more than likely order a few more for gifts. Love it.

Despite my 38 years of marriage, I still sometimes want basic instructions instead of my unmeasured estimations of how much of something to use or the method of how to do it.
