Yes | No Report Violation »the recipes in this book so surpass old ones, (see the the Coconut Pie)that my book was shown to two friends, as I ordered these last two books for them. One of them ran out to buy Box of Bisquick before the books even arrived!. I have tried several and looking forward to the shrimp pie soon.Oh, yes, I prefer sausage with swiss cheese instead of ham. But both of them yummy!!

Easy to follow, quick to make and plan to give several as Christmas presents to family and friends. I especially like the ones that use reduced fat Bisquick, skim milk and egg substitute so this can be used by dieters as well. Also like the nutrition information at the bottom of each recipe. Thanks Betty Crocker for this amazing Bisquick cookbook!

I also like the reduced fat substitutions for regular Bisquick since I perfer low fat foods (also reduced calories) and the taste was not comprised at all. Also have enjoyed sharing a couple of these cookbooks with family who also raved about the "pies". Thanks for a great product.
