I absolutely love this book. I borrowed a friend's and immediately ordered my own copy. The recipes ARE easy and delicious. I never take the time to bake a pie but I made the Impossibly Easy Fresh Peach Pie and it was wonderful! I've made several things and plan to make lots more because they are so simple and yummy!

I got it for my son, who just moved out on his own, these are great recipes for a young bachelor, easy, quick, and delicious, and nutricious too, made with basic real ingredients. I made two of the dishes before I gave it to him, the breakfast pie, and my husband made a steak and green bean pie, they were great. Great ideas, thanks again.

Over the years I misplaced some of my favorites and had difficulty finding them. Thanks for compliling this book. My family is in for a treat when I bake some of the favorites they haven't had for years. I can't wait to make the Impossible Coconut custard pie again.

Never knew there were so many ways to use Bisquick - all dishes look delicious and I'm working my way through them. They seem to be easy on calories, fat and sugar and quite niutritious. I also am using Bisquick again, having stopped using it many years ago because of objectionable ingredients. The NEW Bisquick is realy great. LOVE the book! Also great size and so easy to use - binding a real asset.
