I bought 2 of these for my father and a nephew who are learning to cook. I like them so much I bought 2 more. One for myself and a friend. The recipes are simple, easy to follow, quick and most of all it's everyday kind of food.

I had already given her the kids cookbook and want to advance her skills. I find Betty Crocker cookbooks/recipes very easy to follow and feel they are kid-friendly.
