I have had a few griddles in the years and needed to replace one. I got this one because of the fact that a professional griddle should be of high quality. This griddle is very poorly made. It wobbles because even though the srcews in the legs are tight one of the legs is short where it meets the base . Poor manufacturing. Broil King should be ashamed of themselfs for such poor quility. It does get the job done but it does not drain well because of problem mentioned. Since we have used it several times now, I won't be sending it back but I certainly will not buy or recommend this brand to antone else.

I have not used this griddle yet but I'm extremely disappointed in the build quality. The descriptions said that it was heavy weight. The griddle is thinner than a cheap 25 year old West Bend griddle that I was replacing.

Great for an even heating surface. Light weight and easy to clean. Don't like the way the legs are attached, if it wasn't for that I would give this product a five star
