Disappointing

I have the steak knife set and the Dutch oven which are awesome. I was hoping this would be the same quality and sturdy. Instead its a cheap light plastic, no weight to it. The serrated blade makes it harder to peel potato's and carrots. Honestly bummed.

This peeler is awesome! It fits in my hand to nicely and peels like a dream!

Creates grooves in the food.

It's a very attractive peeler. Not sharp enough for my tastes because, it hard going as it grabs into the food. It also, makes tiny grooves. Personally, I couldn't recommend it for "crudités." I have yet to tried it for cooked vegetables nor to make slivers of hard cheeses.

Not same quality as knuckle sandwich knives

bought these because the they matched the knuckle sandwich knives. They may have the look of the Ergo Chef knuckle sandwich knives but they are not the quality.

This is the best veggie peeler I've ever used. Buy it...you won't be disappointed.
