I have never found a pan that I love more than this one, I am working hard at improving my abilities as a cook and making food that my husband and family will enjoy and want more of. Seasoning is the key to all cooking. With this you can do anything, As a cook of 35+ years,I feel that the time I have spent watching the Food Network,specifically "Diners Drives and Dives", my love for cooking has sky rocketed. Guy is a real character, and a great showman,but mostly a great chef. I would love to have a complete set of this cookware, It is fantastic! I will get more as I go, my family got me Guys Braisier for Christmas and that go me going. The light weight cast iron cookware is the BEST cookware I have ever used, and that is saying a lot for the years I have been cooking. Thanks Guy and Food Network for the opportunity to get this cookware. -:)

We use this size of skillet the most, being empty nesters. Great for omelettes etc. hubby has claimed it for himself! Lol

like that it is lighter than some cast iron pans, love the cranberry color... it matches my decor better than red. An edge looks scratched, but it is the first time having this sort of pan and time will tell if that is normal or becomes an issue. It was packed well, but maybe a scratch is inevitable. It seared well and sauted without sticking on my induction cooktop... just what I wanted.
