Great product. Just the right weight to keep it secure on the pan and easy to clean. What a nice change from the light weight metal ones that discolor and rust.

The screen is well made much better than the metal screens and much easier to clean. It is worth the money.

Works very well although a bit expensive

I like this Silicone Splatter Screen, works well, but a tiny bit expensive. Still, it's better than those metal ones that fill up with dirt and bend and break. I think it's pretty good.

Better than metal screen splatter screens.

There are pros and cons for this product. The silicon screen is more effective at eliminating splatter than the metallic screens I have used for years and it is definitely easier to clean. On the negative side it is impossible to see through and you do have to lift the screen away from the pan in order to check your progress. Overall I am happier with this product than the metal screens I have been using for years, but if they ever make a transparent silicon screen I would certainly buy one.

Splatter Screen

I couldn't believe how well this product works. I have never seen a splatter screen that works as well as this one. You do not feel or see any grease splatters and it also cooks the food faster because it is more covered up than other splatter screens. I will always have this on hand to use. Try it and I promise you will like it.

This Splatter Screen Rocks

No more trying to clean the metal screen type or watching it rust after many uses. I even warm hot dog and hamburger buns on the top while the meat cooks in the pan. Loved it so much gave it as a gift this Christmas.

Had an old wire-screen type that was decomposing and needed to be replaced. This silicone version is leagues better--nicer to look at, easier to clean, efficient. An A+ deal!

Surprisingly effective

I was skeptical, but never had any luck with the old metal splatter guards, so thought I'd give it a try. It works well, didn't melt (my biggest fear), and cleans up easily.

Does the job. Contains splatter while letting steam escape. Silicone so it's not damaged by (reasonable) heat. Easy to clean too.

Silicone Splatter Screen Worked Great!

I was extremely pleased with the silicone splatter screen. I purchased on sale the smaller one (11.5") to replace my metal screen one that really did not work well - always a grease mess to clean up. The round holes on the silicone screen work very well to release the steam so the food keeps frying and not steaming. Fits my 10" cast iron pan perfectly. I actually used on my 12" cast iron pan and it did a very nice job also. Very little stove clean up when I was done frying. The screen cleans up very easily and also goes in the dishwasher. I surely will go back to buy the larger one sometime in the future. I love it!
