Definitely not restaurant grade quality. Had all the parts been steel as advertised it would rank 5 stars, but the plastic grommet at the bottom that holds the grinding works in place is a serious design flaw. Another "made in China" piece of crap because of this. Next time I'll just order from the Sysco purveyor.
