I saw this rack while checking out some pepper racks. I have bought pepper racks before and they are just not good for Texas Jalapenos... holes always too small. I bought this to bake my favorite cheddar/cream cheese stuffed jalapenos wrapped with bacon. It worked pretty well. Haven't tried any actual seafood as yet but I am still happy!!

loved this product and would recommend it to others. gave as a gift and they were very happy with it. said it kept their grill clean and was easier to use than just putting them on the grill by themselves. used for clams and for oysters.
