Couldn't be happier

When I thought about getting a smoker, in my mind I was thinking of getting the traditional offset. After thoroughly researching things and seeing the rave reviews the WSM got, I decided to give it a go and I have to say, it lives up to the hype. It will hold a consistent temperature for a long period of time and, using the minion method, I've not had to add extra coals to a cook once. This is the first smoker I have owned and I've not had a bad cook yet (2 chuck roasts, ribs and a pork butt). In fact, it has been perfect every time. Two thumbs WAY up!

This smoker does an accetable job but the design is old and could use improvement. It is overpriced.

Simply the best bullet smoker. Holds temperature well, excellent from the first pork butt 'till my last batch of ribs.
