Great Griddle

Super heavy weight griddle. I cooked steaks on the grill side for its maiden voyage in my kitchen, and it was brillant. Worth every penny even if it cost more than the great price that it already sells for.

Reversible Griddle by T-Fal

I think this a great griddle, idea wise and practicality wise. However, when I 1st received this, it was not packed properly at all from cooking.com. It was on the bottom of the box (which contained other items) because it is flat, with NO packing material beneath it. BIG MISTAKE in the shipping world. As a result, it came broken and had to be replaced, WATCH OUT FOR THIS. Report any packaging problems to cooking.com, or they won't learn. The only real question I have ( having worked in metal mfg.) I wasn't aware you could break off a chunk of CAST IRON. It had the appearance of pressed powdered, sintered metal at it's breaking point. Is this really cast iron, or is T-FAL trying to pull one over on us by coating it with enamel?

Disappointed

Some of the coating on the griddle side was peeling off. I use as directed and everything sticks. My fish is impossible to get of the grill without sticking and being torn up. I'm really disappointed. The shipping cost way too much for Reversible Double Burner Grill/Griddle

I was very pleased with my grill/griddle. It met all my expectations.

Have only used the grill side so far, but I love it. It browned the meat evenly and was very easy to clean.

This is a top of the line product. I ordered it for a wedding gift and now wish I would have ordered one for myself.

It fits my stovetop perfectly. I haven't used it yet but I look forward to perfect pancakes! LBP
