This is a good indoor grill - it does get hot enough and is easy to operate, but it is difficult to clean thoroughly. The plugs adapter is on the side of the grill and it can not be immersed - so clean up is a bit of a hassle. Aside from that the grill is great. I like it and I am happy to have purchased.

I bought this product because we live in the snow and cooking on the outside grill is not always an option. I've used it several times. It's easy to use, works well on the things I have tried (pork tenderloin, grilled shrimp, hamburgers) and is easy to clean up. I like it so much that I will probably give several as gifts.

With the DeLonghi name on the product, I knew I would get quality. I had wanted an indoor grill for quite some time. With the grill being on sale, NO freight AND a rebate, I knew I could not loose. My first try were rib-eye steaks and they were wonderful! The clean-up was a breeze. I am so glad I treated myself to this great product.

Electric Grill

It is nice to have a thermostat to an electric grill. Clean up involves only two pieces of the grill as opposed to four in others. The non-stick grill is easy to clean.

It works

Bought this because we can't use our gas grill at the apartments we moved to. It was nice to have grilled meat at home again. The grill can get pretty smokey though and it seem to work best only at the highest tempurature settings.

We can't have grills on our apartment deck so this is a fantastic alternative. I first looked at the Crate & Barrel model by DeLonghi, but ended up here with a much cheaper and in my opinion, better model. Very easy to use, easy to clean, and the large grill surface is ideal. The only drawback to it is that I have a small kitchen and I have nowhere to store it.

This is one of the best appliances I've ever owned to help me cook healthier. I love grilling fruits and vegetables. The cleanup is so quick and easy.
My only complaint is- Why didn't I get it sooner.

Nice Indoor Grill

The grill itself is hard to clean, it is best to do it while it is still warm. A small toothbrush is a good cleaning tool. Other than that it provides even heat and does a very good job at cooking like an outdoor girll but inside. The lid is a good idea, but a real thick steak would not fit under it. I would recommend this grill to others compared to other products on the market at the same price. I personally do not like cooking both sides at the same time, and most other products of this type cook on both sides. This grill cooks more like a conventional grill.

another gift for my mom, her condo complex dosn't allow grills so i got her this so she could still grill.. she has had nothing but good things to say about it and i have used it and think it' the best indoor grill (non-pro) that i have ever used.. two thumbs up

The Perfect Grill

This Grill is absolutely the best purchase I have ever made. I being single wanted something that could give me healthy grilling without a lot of bother to clean up. And this grill is it. I have had numerous George Foreman grills but always found them to be difficult to clean they always looked dirty and greasy.I have used the grill every night. since I received and it looks brand new. The ease of cleaning is out standing. I just run a little water on each peice squirt a little soap and use a soft brush, with very little effort , I rinse it and dry with soft cloth and IT LOOKS BRAND NEW> i HAVE ALREADY RECOMMENDED IT TO SEVERAL FRIENDS AND THE ARE TRYING TO PURCHASE ONE. I HAVE EVEN SENT THEM THE BETTY CROCKER STORE PAGE. Thank you for such a wonderful product.

Best indoor grill ever

I have had a George Forman for years and thought it was great - the problem with the George Foreman is that they are messy and they do not cook 100% evenly and the cleanup is very time consuming
Not the case with this indoor grill - cooks 100% evenly - almost like a barbecue - clean up is a snap - it cook evenly.
I only wish it came in a smaller size - but I am very happy with this purchase

I was a little skeptical because this item cannot go in the dishwasher. However, it cleans up very easily. A quick wipe with the sponge in the sink and all of the food comes right off. So far, so good!

Nice Grill

I wanted a more conventional type indoor grill. I searched the web and decided on the DeLonghi Perfecto. I bought it mostly for grilling steaks and am very pleased with it's performance. My steaks have turned out juicy and with nice grilling effects. The grill element piece isn't hard to clean but it does take some time. Overall, I'm very pleased with my purchase.

I FOUND EVERYTHING ABOUT THE PRODUCT VERY SATISFACTORY.
BUT I GOT A BAD ONE I HAD TO HOLD THE PLUG IN BECAUSE IT DID NOT CONNECT SO WOULD NOT STAY HOT UNLESS I HELD THE PLUG IN.

Super appliance

It is just wonderful to have grilled food even if there is a blizzard outside. Flavor was as good as if the food had been done on an outside grill. Cleaning it is so easy.....Great buy...I would recommend it to anyone!!!!
