I just got this product and have used it once at a Pot Luck Church function. We served Lasagna and the warming tray did an excellent job of keeping the entree warm.

Keeping Potato Latkes Crisp and Warm

This warming tray is a perfect way to keep food at its optimal. The pancakes remained crisp and delicious. It was great to put a platter right on the warming tray. Armatele and pewter worked quite well to conduct the heat. The presentation on my buffet table was beautiful.

fantastic warming tray :)

this is a really nice warming tray. very attractive and works extremely well. it will easily hold 2 large serving dishes, possibly 3, depending on the size, or one very large platter (ie: turkey). the variable thermostat allows you to control the heat nicely. (unfortunately, mine arrived a few days AFTER thanksgiving because it was on backorder but the website did not indicate this)... however, they were very apologetic and immediately refunded me the shipping cost since i ordered this to be sent overnight air. i'll use it often for parties though and now i have it for thanksgiving... next year. lol :)

the only downside, and it's my fault for not measuring, but i wish it was a few inches longer... i thought it would be larger than it is. other than that, it's perfect.
