Excellent look, Poor mfg quality

Look great in the kitchen but the pieces are all imperfect. Poor lid fit is especially evident. Some are loose fit, others "lock" in place and can be very hard to open. For me, the look is so perfect for my kitchen that I bought two sets and constructed one good set out of them.

I changed the col,ors in my kitchen and needed a new canister set to match, my old ones didn't match the kitchen any more. I spent a ton of time looking. Blue is not the in color right now. I was having a horrible time finding something that would work. The few things I did find were individual pieces or very cheap looking. The proce was great, I got four instead of only three, and they match my colors very well.

Although I love the Sango Nova Black dish set I have and I have had no problem with any of the other matching dishes, the canisters I bought were terrible. The lids fit differently. The lid for the canister second to the smallest was distinctly different than the others. It was very noticable and even though I would like to have canisters to match my dishes I would not recommend these canisters.

Did not like the quality of cannisters

You never know what you are going to get when you order from the internet. That is why I always order from reputable sites that I know and trust. However, since I could not find what I was looking for from my normal sites, I tried yours.

Your site was very easy to use and I later learned that your service was great. However, the product itself was not very good quality in my opinion. I knew they were not very expensive so that should have tipped my off to the quality.

Once I received them, I was not happy with the painting on them which was off balance, and the seal would not stay in place on the canister lid. The were uneven in distibuted size and just overall not a good quality item.

I could have paid less and no shipping and bought this kind of product in any local Wal Mart. I was expecting more.

I must say that your service was great though as far as returning the items and receiving my credit.

The product looks good and at least they were all in one piece, but none of the lids fit properly, so I will not be able to use them as I had hoped. The only item I can use will be tea bags, which are individually wrapped, but there is no way I can use them for flour, sugar or coffee, which is what I purchased them for.

I will think twice about ordering anything else in the future.
