I liked this Dutch Oven so much I bought a second one! The non-stick surface is fabulous and the handles stay cool - even on the lid - so I'm not always burning my hands if I forget to grab the potholders. I highly recommend this product (and I've been cooking for over 40 years!)

It's a dutch oven, but the instructions that came with it said the lid cannot go in the oven. Really? Where does Guy Fierei think I am going to use my dutch "oven"? In the oven maybe? The pot inself looks like excellent construction and it cleans up well, but I'm disappointed that I can't use it for the purpose for which I bought it.
