I love Iced Coffee and this little Bodum Coffee Press makes it so easy. You don't have to make hot coffee and cool it down. For some of us who don't ever drink HOT coffee, we don't keep our coffee maker on the counter top. This little coffee press eliminates the need to drag the coffee maker out each time to make 12 or 24 cups of coffee so we can chill it. The coffee tastes great also. Good coffee flavor...not bitter, but good smooth coffee flavor. I even put my Splenda in the coffee grounds while they are steeping in the fridge. I even purchased one of these coffee presses for my son-in-law and he loves it also. It is so hot here, I like the coolness of the iced coffee to cool me down and this coffee is always ready to pour into my travel mug and go to work with me.

I really enjoy the Black Ice Coffee Press. I only wish it had some suggestions on how much ground coffee to use depending on how strong you want it - I had to use trial & error to figure it out.

Who knew you could make cold brewed iced coffee. Till this product came along I never dreamed it possible. This makes the richest coffee and is so simple to use. I just wish this product was invented years ago. I use it every day and it has paid for itself in the money I am saving not going to Dunkin Donuts.

Mmmmm... coffee

I bought this product to make cold coffee, Place your favorite coffee in this pitcher, fill with the appropriate amount of water and place this in the fridge overnight. The next morning you have deliciously flavored coffee without any of the astringent or bitter flavors. Add a little sweetened condensed milk, over ice and you're rock'n!

On the up side, the pitcher is attractive, well made, easy to use and holds lots of water.

The only thing missing would be some kind of calibration on it to let you know how many cups of water you've added into it. A Sharpie easily handles that.

Love this product. Super easy and nice to have ready in the refrigerator at all times. Needs an extra scoop or two of coffee to get a stronger flavor...but so smooth and yummy!

Iced Coffee Lover

I bought my first Coffee Press by Bodum for myself and loved it, so have purchased them for several friends. They too love them. They are so convenient and don't require an electric coffee pot. Prepare the coffee before you go to bed and it is ready when you get up in the morning.

Best taste ever!

Surprised both myself and my husband in the awesome flavor that we got from the coffee press. Purchased mainly for the ice coffee--but initially made hot pressed coffee and was greatly impressed with the quality of the flavor. Looking forward to making ice coffee as soon as the weather warms up!

Great gadget!

Sure, you could approximate this with a pitcher and a strainer, but it's a pain. I know, I tried. I finally picked up one of these and absolutely love it. I only drink 1 cup of coffee a day, so once a week I fill this up with coffee and cold water, let it brew overnight in the fridge, then switch the lids and press - ta-da! - coffee for the week. Great for iced coffee, also for hot coffee or lattes; the cold brew process really seems to take the bitterness out of the brew.

Excellent Cold Press Coffee

1 - I love french pressed coffee 2 - I love iced coffee THEREFORE 1+2 = Me very happy. And this product is great. The plastic around the outside is perfect for my overcrowded fridge as it keeps it safe from other things bumping into it. And the coffee itself, WONDERFUL. I do have to use more coffee than I normally would but getting the flavor is worth it. I did give it a 4 instead of a 5 because the lid was stuck on when I first got it and sometimes it leaks a little when I'm pouring. But I will be buying this for my dad and brother :)

No need to wait for coffee to cool or dilute with water or ice...very flavorful...handy to make more that just what fits in the smaller press.

Easy to use. Coffee has great taste and simple instructions. We highly recommend. Great summertime alternative to sodas and iced tea. We used decaf freshly ground.
