Polypropylene ergonomic black textured handles provide a sure grip and slip resistance. They are dishwasher safe: remove and dry immediately. Blades and handles are matched for perfect balance to minimize fatigue, and offset handles make cutting easier, while ensuring greater durability and the highest edge retention under the most demanding conditions. To gain NSF approval, our cutlery is treated with sanitized antimicrobial protection, which protects the knife handles from bacterial growth. I just started making no-knead bread and because the dough is very wet it would be tough getting it out of the bowl in one piece --- this scraper not only works great for that but also helps getting it off the floured surface to shape before the last rise - great product!

This works well for so many things in the kitchen--not just dough. It's a very effective kitchen tool for scooping up chopped veggies, fruits and meats, and scraping up trimmings for garbage. It lived up to my expectations admirably.

This product has a weight that feels right for your hand, the blade is strong, and will last for a very long time. It is dishwasher safe and easy to use.
