Meat Pounder & Tenderizer

This is easy to use. Has substantial weight (but not too heavy). It is easy on the wrist (I have suffered with carpul tunnel and so am careful about wrist extension. It is easy to clean. A good product.

Great product

I had been looking in many cooking stores and found nothing available, yet most chefs online were using meat pounders. I'm very pleased with my selection and will reccommened to others. I'm especially pleased with service from Cook.com.

Don't know how much i'll use this but i have an old steel hammer with spikes on that is probably from the l950's, it wasn't looking so good. This will do the trick.

The quality of this product is excellent.

Very substantial tool...good weight makes pounding easier and the handle is very comfortable. The flip feature keeps two tools handy and ready for use.

I have been looking for this style of pounder/tenderizer for a while. Almost impossible to find in stores, especially with this quality. Also the removable handle makes it easy to store. A great gift item also.

Ease of use

I purchased this meat pounder for my mother because of the large handle and ease of use. She had severe arthritis and has had difficulty using smaller versons as well as those designed horozontially instead of vertically.

the product is useful, a little too pricey

the product helps to speed up the tenderizing process, it's great for butterflying chicken cutlets which i saw on Rachael's show.
