The preset programs and personal programming options have been a great help in getting a wonderful loaf of gluten free bread. I purchased one for my friend, who is also celiac, as a wedding gift. I would recommend this bread machine to anyone.

less expensive machines do far moren than this machine

This is my first bread machine and I really am enjoying it. I mostly use the dough setting, because I can get two smaller loaves out of the 2lb. recipe which works out great. Still working on the wheat bread, it turns out very dense, but the family still enjoys it. Easy to use, and clean. Pizza dough was a hit and so are the cinnamon rolls!

Would recommend to anyone!

"Yeah, I have had a few "flops," but they were of my own making. So far, I can find nothing wrong with this product, and it has lived up to my expectations. Clean up is easy! Directions are easy to follow! The machine is well worth the money.

Great machine

Just got my first bread machine from Zojirushi. It was very informative with its enclosed booklet as well as an instructive video on how to use the zo machine.

So far I've made white bread, egg bread, and applesauce bread -- all turned out to be various versions of white bread to me. I just turned it on and let it do its magic. Some loaves were slightly denser than others, but still deliciously edible. By others, I mean extremely soft, store-bought like bread which is about 50% of the time. If you're a health nut who dislike consuming preservatives, this bread machine is for you.

The only problem I found is that the pamphlet doesn't come with a section on how to keep the bread without letting it get hard and dry unless you slice off another piece of bread. This tip I had to find in a recipe book: To store at room temperature, wrap the cooled bread in foil or plastic wrap, or place it in a plastic bag. Store it in a cool, dry place for up to 3 days.

A different bread machine

After much reading of reviews and studying bread machines, I chose the Supreme Bread Machine by Zojirushi. The machine is very different from the others I have owned, but that is not necessarily bad. The machine is much quieter than the others I've owned. I do not like that the recipes are only for a 2 lb. loaf; I don't always want such a large loaf. I am hoping that this machine lasts a long time, as I spent 3 times what I've spent on the others I have owned. I liked the double-kneading bar feature for strength to handle whole grains. So far, the Zo has performed well.

Bread Machines

This bread machine is the absolute best machine ever! It makes the best loaf of bread around, and all by itself that's the best part.

Aside from the Zojirushi Bread Machine being the best machine ever...
It didn't last very long. I've only had it for almost a year now and it has stopped working properly. It's funny that the place I ordered it from just emailed me this questionaire; because my bread machine just stopped working on my last two loaves. There seems to be something not working with the heating process part of the cycle?? Because my bread no longer gives me a nice big loaf, it gives me a half size from what it used to give me, and it's kind of matted down. I am using the same ingredients I have always used and doing it exactly the same as I always have.

I'm in hopes that the company I bought it from would possibly exchange or fix my machine. $200 for a Bread Machine is not cheep especially a product that only lasts for one year! Otherwise I would recommend this product to everybody, and I have with my homeschooling mom's and a few bought it too because of the recommendation.

A Great Bread Machine

The Bread Machine by Zojrushi work far better than what I had expected. I am amazed by the fact that you just add all the ingredients into the machine and it does all the rest. A few hours later you have a hot and delicious loaf of bread.

Very easy to use. Extremely easy clean up.

i have had a 50-50 success rate with this machine. even though following the instructions explicitly, some loaves turn out perfectly, while others are doughy.

Great bread machine! Makes perfect bread. The only thing is they could include more recipies in the book. So you might want to add a recipie book also if you do not already have one.

Overpriced, doesn't approach hand made bread

The machine is easy to use and it's nice that it makes a loaf-shaped loaf. I would be happy to pay this price for a machine that made a superior loaf of bread. However, the bread was mediocre...When you make bread by hand you can adjust the flour by the feel of the dough..the machine can't do that and you end up with disappointing results.

Great Bread

This is my first bread maker and I was amazed at how simple the machine was to use. The instructional video came with a VHS tape and I have not had a VHS player for several years but the book that came with the unit is very easy to understand. Well worth the money.

Fantastic breads; traditional loaf size and shape. Excellent directions and guide book. I wish they provided more recipes, or that the machine could easily produce great results with recipes from other machines.

I bought this because my husband broke my old Hitachi. The old one worked fine - but this one is FAR superior.

Easy and Cheap

I didn't know bread was so easy to make. The machine does it all. And, clean up is a non issue. So far we are please with our oven. Bread taste great!

I've had several less expensive break makers and have never been completely satisfied. This bread maker makes a great loaf of bread and I've also made a cake in it and it was very good and moist. I'm completely happy with this machine.

Amazing Zojirushi Bread Machine!!!

We are a gluten free family. I have had much difficulty finding a bread machine to make this type of bread tasty enough for the whole family to eat. I received this machine, read the instructions and made my 1st loaf. WOW! It was great! Even the kids complimented the chef! Make sure you read the instructions! There are lots of helpful tips there if a problem arises.

Awesome bread machine. Have never used one before, and the bread came out perfect. For a guy who can mess up spagehetti and mac and cheese, I think it is very awesome that I can make bread.
