I struck out on 5 web sites to order a culinary briefcase for my son. It was getting down to the wire and everywhere I looked online were either discontinued or not the style i wanted. With only 5 days left til Christmas I started getting worried that I wouldn't have the only thing my son asked for! This customer service is unlike any I have dealt with online. They went above and beyond to help me out and I received the item in record time....2 days after placing my order! My son loved it and I will always remember to come back to cooking.com to shop again and again. Thank you so much!!!!!!
