Great for Chicken Stock & Cocktails

Bought after seeing chef John Besh use them to freeze chicken stock, but first used them to make ice cubes for cocktails. Those were a hit at a recent dinner party. Will order more.

I'm using this to make ice cubes out of Sangria. That way the sangria won't become diluted with water. Perfect!

It was so easy to make my Lime Ice cubes to take to work. They last longer than the regular ice cubs. It was easy to put lemon or lime to flavor your water. The Square is big enough to put pieces of the lime or lemon or both.

Ok. I admit I am an ice fiend... I purposely use a large glass just so I can add a lot if ice. These gigantic ice cubes don't melt as quickly so my drink stays cold longer without getting too watered down.

Great for cocktails. This does not make perfect cubes--there's a beveled edge along the bottom. I assume this design is intended to make removing the frozen cubes easier. They are a bit tough to remove, but not really a problem at all. Really like this product.
