This is a nice, heavy cast-iron skillet, works great on my induction stove and is a perfect size for cooking for two people. The only drawback is that you must still oil the pan before cooking, the enameled surface isn't non-stick as I had hoped for.

OVERPRICED COOKWARE

I FEEL THIS IS HIGHLY OVER RATED FOR ITS PRICE.

This pan turned ont to be exactly what I wanted. I've only use it a few times since receiving it, but it worked wonderfully for sautéing vegetables and shrimp. I think I may also buy the weighted grill pan in enameled cast iron

Great Product but no suprise.

I have other Calphalon pots an pans and have been very happy with the quality, however this last purchase was a little disipointing. I bought it as a gift and took advantage of the wrapping service. It was sopposed to be a suprise. Well the tape on the box had the company label and so did the wrapping. My wife knew exactly what i had bought. The only suprise was the color.

Exactly what I hoped for, and this doubles my cast iron skillet inventory - I LOVE cooking in cast iron much more than any other kind of skillet.
