When I tried to use the small pan for eggs, I didn't put anything in the pan, as it says in the instructions. Well, my eggs stuck! I think you still have to have something coating the pan, at least for the first use. I washed them as it said too.

The skillets work well. I've had horribly uneven pans, and these have held up well under high heat.

I have bought these cooktop to oven non-stick pans before from the Food Network and Rachael Ray. My wife loves the convenience of finishing from browning on the cooktop to finishing in the oven without having to change devices. The non-stick surface holds up well to abuse in storage. Our first one was 5 years from "beautiful to ,its time to replace." For this price, it would be hard to beat the product. Thanks Rachael for this one!!

THE COOKING IS EVEN AND THE CLEAN UP IS BREEZE. I STARTED OUT WITH THE 12" FRYING PAN AND WHEN I SAW THESE I HAD TO GET THEM. I LOVE THEM! BRAVO RACHEL!

I love the Nonstick Skillet Set. They are jsut wonderful and the food cooks so evenly. I will be orderly more items later. I am on a fixed income and cannot splurge very often.

My old non stick pans went to the Trash, the day these came to my door. I have to say R R signiture is a cool look on the bottom of this set. My Skillets arrived and I was so excited. I read some of the reviews about the size but to me the sizes were perfect. I love the quality of the skillets. I have not used them as of yet, I was going to cook an omelete but changed my mind. lol. But they are really really cute, and are not cheap looking at all. Best quality for the money.

This is a great set for small portions... you might still need a larger skillet if you are cooking for a family... The clean easily, look great... I actually use a smaller flame than with some of my thicker skillets since it gets hot really fast and can burn the food. Overall a nice addition to my kitchen.

I decided to replace my old set of skillets with Rachael Ray's after watching her cooking shows and seeing how easily the pans handled, their size and the color, which matches with all my other kitchen items. I'm very happy with them in how they look, feel and the quality of the cooking interior surface.
