Love the idea of the slots to have grease, water or gravy just pass through. The two sizes makes it easy for a small or larger item to be removed. Makes a great gift.

I love all my Rachael Ray bakeware. It cooks evenly. Very easy to clean. The color's go well with my dishes. I also have some red and orange Rachael Ray bake ware.
