Eggplant Rachel Ray Casseroval

I love this dish. Perfect size for family casseroles and looks good on the table too! Love the color, the eggplant (purple) is a favorite of mine however I'm sure the other colors will look just as good. Good quality and no pits or scratches. The finish is perfect. I like the oval shape as baking other items next to it in my oven is easy by turing it sideways. Easy to clean and store, lid fits good too. Good seal for lid on baking and storage. I felt it was a good buy as I bought it on sale and received a free item with it. (blue mopine mitt) and free shipping. Still on sale now with free shipping and free gift (3/15/11) and would recommend buying it.

I bought this because it's purple. There is a tiny flaw in the casserole at the lip. I found that odd, but not worth sending back/re-order, etc.

Perfect covered dish

I purchased this product because I did not have a large covered dish. This met all my expectations. The best part is how the food releases. Baked ziti loaded with cheese comes right out, making cleanup a breeze.

I really just LOVE all the bright colors of the Rachael Ray cookware. This one is probably one of my favorites. I got the new eggplant color, which is just a really pretty color. It's true to the picture color. It's heavy, which I really like. It's big, which is what I wanted. I really, really love the handles on it, as well as the lid. I read tons of reviews before I purchased it so I felt I knew what I was getting, & I did. It's exactly what I had hoped it would be. The shipping was great, very quick. The checkout was easy. I was completely pleased with this whole purchase.

this is a good product large enough for a whole chicken and dishwasher safe. I wish you could put it on the burner, but it is a great oven piece.

Pleased with purchase

The eggplant covered casserole looks very nice on my table. It is actually a bit darker than the photo, but still a nice color. I've heard that covered stoneware keeps poultry and meat moist and juicy. Can't wait to use it.

Iam so excited to get this piece can't hardly wait to use it. I am going to make stuffed cabbage the first time I'll use it. The directions said I had to have a casserole dish with a lid when cooking. So that's why I wanted this piece. We have ball games all this week so look out when I get to stay home to cook.

4.25qt. Covered Oval Casserole

I love the handles, as they are easy to handle even with clumsy pot holders. Actually, the handles were cool enough to grab on to when I repositioned it on the table. Yes, right on the table and it is beautiful. It cleaned up fantastic! I am a very satisfied first time buyer of RR products.

I use this about twice a week and absolutely love it! With the cover on, food stays hot while I'm finishing the side dishes. It cleans up nicely!

I used the Casseroval for the first time when I made baked beans. They turned out great and the cleanup on the Casseroval was very easy. I am planning on using this product a lot, especially in the winter months ahead....it gets very cold in Upstate New York. Sincerely, Dianne

My beautiful pot cracked

I love all of Rachel Ray product. I have had really good luck with everything I have of hers except this pot. I was baking a chicken when I heard noices in my oven. I opened the door to find my pot had cracked. I was so upset because I really like this pot. I called customer service and they shipped me out a new one the same day. I sure hope this next one doesn't crack. I'll be heard brocken. This one problem won't stop me from buying her product again.

I ordered this for Thanksgiving. I used it to cook Mac and Cheese. It cooked it perfectly. There was no cheese cooked on the side. The cheese melted perfectly. The clean up on this Pot was so easy. I didn't have to soak it or anything. I wish I could afford more of her stoneware right now. I love it! All others that I own would somehow disappear from my kitchen. lol. Love it, love it, love it!!!!!!!!!!! Thanks Rach.
