You'll only be charged for each order when the item is shipped. The amount charged each time will reflect the price of the item on the day the order is placed, plus any applicable sales tax.

Update or Cancel at Any Time

Simply login to your "Manage Recurring Orders" page in Your Account at any time to modify the frequency of your shipments, the quantity of your subscription, and billing or shipping address and payment methods. Changes will take place immediately and will be applied to all unshipped orders associated with your subscription.

  • Excellent Teaching Guide and Resource

    The Blue Book is an excellent guide for the first-time and regular canner. The instructional information is clear, well-written, and precise without being so technical as to be off-putting, either for water bath or pressure canning. There are many recipes included that are surprisingly interesting and that cover many different types of diets. The only down side is that there is not more information about changing recipes or creating original ones. Overall, this is a bible of a book, one that will be used for generations. Thank you, Ball!

    Always looking for new canning ideas, but no enchilada recipe, I've got one, so it's ok,I have the older canning ball book but it's starting to fall apart so I needed a new one

    The books gives the good information of types of preserving tools you will need and types of foods to use in which type of pots. It also is loaded with recipes, mostly, 85% or more is dedicated to recipes.

    After not canning for years, I wanted a good canning resource book. This book is clearly written, easy yo read & beautifully illustrated. After reading the book, I realized that I have to alter processing times due to living on a mountain. I probably knew that in the past but I didn't live on a mountain then , so never paid any attention to it. Book has already paid for itself!

  • This is the best cookbook ever.

    People were always calling me to ask questions about canning. I found a book at a friends then went online to purchase the Ball Bluebook of canning/preserving. I have since purchased another as a gift for another friend.... and will probably purchase more in the future. They make great gifts for cooks and the occassional canner.

    Nice looking book. Lots of info. Even a novice should have perfect results following these directions. However, I liked the layout style of the earlier books better. If it ain't broke, don't fix it. Names have been changed on my favorite pickle relish - it was chow chow for years and now it seems to be piccalilli. The old recipe also listed pounds of tomatoes, etc. that feature has been omitted. Anyone who attempts to "chop" all the vegetables - needs to get a food grinder for their KitchenAid mixer.

    I love this new larger edition. I have a version from the 60's, which is still great. But the large edition is much easier to read and has great newer recipes. Thank- you for revising an already great book! Got one for me and my daughter. She loves it, too!
