My everyday china is Woodland by Spode. I adore the animal themes of the pattern - however, I don't want images on every piece. I prefer patterns which coordinate and are happy together. Therefore, I have a mix of differing shapes and and images - all within the brown and ivory color scheme. The Coffee Bean serving bowl is perfect and looks like it belongs with the Woodland Spode. A great marriage of color and quality.

The bowl was beautiful.....but arrived broken into many pieces. It was placed in a box way too large and had just a few pieces of packing material. The bowl wasn't wrapped in anything at all! In a box that size it should have been "double boxed". I am going to have to return it and will ask for my money back, because I'm reluctant to order another bowl that will probably arrive in pieces. The Paula Deen shipping dept. needs to learn how to pack breakables.

These bowls are very heavy. But the quality and beauty is beyond my imagination. I am so glad that I waited to order this set when it went on sale. Way to go Paula!
