I am such a fan of the FoodNetwork and the Cooking Channel. Bobby Flay is my favorite chef on the Network. But I also like so many more chefs and their programs, it is hard to pick just one. Iron Chef America is also my favorite and right now "Worst Chefs" leads my favorites. The cook books of Bobby have so many diversified recipes that I am trying to figure out which one to try next. I'd bought it as a gift, but it had a lack-lustre presentation compared to the more modern style of cookbook presentations. Condsidering the price I would say if a customer is looking only for some recipes it would be worth it. However if a customer is looking for great recipes with stylish presentation and photo design, I'd say pay the higher price for a more recently published cook book. I won't buy something sight unseen again on-line. Love his newer Bar Americain cookbook though!

Yes | No Report Violation »I made the tomato sauce with meatballs in the book, it was wonderful it is hard to find a good homemade sauce that is a true Italian sauce i grew up eating Italian food at least twice a week sometimes more. my family loved this sauce.
