Our children gave their daddy this book for Father's Day and he has tried a couple of the recipes and absolutely loved them. It is certainly a keeper on the cookbook shelf in our kitchen.

What I liked and disliked about the book was that he gave several different versions of cooking the same thing. Ex: asparges. Other than that it is a good book.

Great recipes!!

I love this book. The recipes range from simple and easy to make to somewhat more challenging. Regardless of the difficulty they are all awesome. Also, another cool thing is the range of recipes it has...everything from beef to lamb to seafood to dessert. I highly recommend this book for anyone who enjoys putting a little effort into their BBQ!

If you are looking for some new ideas for the grill this book has some good ones. Traditional Bobby takes a new look at working the grill. I would recommend this for the griller needing some inspiration.

My Son is grown with a family of his own, and every year for his birthday I wonder what I will get him this year. Well he's been grilling alot this year so I got him GRILL IT, cause I Love Bobby Flay and he's the BEST with the grill. It was a GREAT GIFT, my Son grilled all weekend and I didn't have to Cook! THANK YOU BOBBY !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! AND Food Network!

I like Bobby Flay anyway and this book came highly recommended, but I was still pleasantly surprised that there were so many recipes I wanted to use right away! Fantastic cookbook and nothing really out of the ordinary. I can find everything I need easily at my local grocery store if I don't have it already.

LOVE IT!!! Takes the simple, basic grilling method for each type of food, then expands it with interesting twists. I so enjoyed my copy, that I recommended it to my daughter and daughter-in-law. We gave each family a new grill for Christmas, and they are going almost page by page through the book and having a blast. Since my son and daughter-in-law live in a cold climate, they are grilling even in lousy weather because they enjoy the recipes.

Although I don't barbecue very often, I find it fun and challenging. I am depending on Bobby's book to help make it less challenging. I have not had a chance to do much more than thumb through the book, but I know I am going to enjoy it. I love watching him on his several shows.

I love Bobby Flay's recipes so I would buy the book regardless. I was a little surprised at the setup of the recipes. Instead of chapters such as 'meats'and 'vegetables' it was 'asparagus' and 'lobster'. Either way I love this cook book.
